We currently service over 6,000 clients in Massachusetts and operate a very efficient platform for servicing this market. Charm's customer service team takes all the leg work out of doing the paperwork and will contact doctors and insurance companies to get the required authorizations for you. Charm presently services 500 plus group homes of various sizes with customized programs to meet the needs of the home/facility and the client.

We service the entire states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Manchester is our first retail store in Connecticut. Our warehouse stocks over 60 types of Enteral and Nutritional Formula, specializing in those patients with Metabolic Disorders. We also offer monthly home delivery of Incontinence Products in our own vehicles. Bariatric Medical Equipment for those patients over 300Lbs is also available.
